酒店服務人員非常友善，由於乘搭了半夜的飛機，來的時候太早，我們有老人家，酒店服務員願意讓我們提早入房休息！很有人情味。而且酒店的床舖也非常舒服軟硬適中，雖然有一點歷史，但酒店的空間寬闊和乾淨！地理位置非常方便，旺中帶靜。整體住落非常舒適～值得再來😊

這次入住豫園萬麗酒店的體驗感整體很不錯，辦理入住的fancy笑容滿分，還給我介紹了酒店的設施設備，對於客人的要求也盡力滿足，酒店房間入住的也很舒適，早餐也很好，選擇類型多。

酒店地理位置優越，離豫園地鐵站很近，步行即可達城隍廟景點。酒店設施有點老舊，智能化不足，但衞生很乾凈，重要的是服務人員態度都很好，尤其點名李靚帥哥，幫我們申請加了份早餐還有延遲退房，以後有機會還會選擇這個酒店，強烈推薦來上海入住的小夥伴入住！

房間很寬敞乾淨，落地窗可以看到東方明珠，夜景絕佳！旁邊就是豫園，逛起來很方便，還有前台客服Yvonne非常nice，很熱心的幫忙升級了房型，這次入住非常開心🥳🥳🥳

The room could have been a bit cleaner — there was still quite a bit of dust in some areas such as the blinds and furniture. The furniture also looked a little worn with some scratches here and there. However, the bed was very comfortable, the linens were clean, and the pillows were soft. The room itself was spacious, which was great for our family of four, and our kids really enjoyed it. The view from our room was beautiful — we could see the Oriental Pearl Tower right from the window. The breakfast was decent; we stayed for four nights, and the menu changed slightly every day, which kept it interesting. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Mr. Kim, who assisted us warmly during check-in and made everything smooth and pleasant. The location was excellent — it’s right next to the train station, making it very convenient to travel to places like Nanjing Road and other attractions around the city. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Shanghai. What impressed us the most was that we stayed on my wife’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a lovely birthday cake — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! Before we checked out, they even prepared a small box of treats as a farewell gift, which made our experience even more memorable.

Really great hotel. Our experience was marvelous. The room is very spacious and clean, the view is great, the hotel is walking distance to most tourist attractions (Yu Garden, the Bund, East Nanjing Rd), but what sets it apart as the hotel that I want to come back to for my next 訂房網站 in Shanghai are the staff. From the moment we checked in until when we checked out, the staff were all very warm and welcoming and really made sure we were comfortable and all our needs are attended. Special shout out to the receptionist Hannie who even added us in Wechat and answered our questions regarding where to go to shop, to eat, etc. She really made sure we had a pleasant experience. I'd love to be back soon and stay at this hotel again. ❤️ The picture is the view from our room.

優點：地理位置很好，對面就是地鐵站，樓下不遠就是豫園，外賣南翔等小吃飯菜特別快，送來都是熱乎乎的。前台工作人員很熱情，給升級了景觀房，還免費給鋪了梳化床。衞生打掃的很乾凈。健身房和游泳池沒有去。性價比在周圍這片地區真的是超高。如果説缺點的話，就是最近周圍路口在修路還是什麼，清晨很早就開始施工。睡眠輕的會有一些影響。

位置很好，離外灘很近，地鐵站也近，去哪裡都方便。環境，衞生都很好。孩子很喜歡酒店的早餐。管家Coco和大堂前台的一個女生（沒記名字）超讚啊，服務很好很好。外灘觀景房觀景很不錯。下次來上海還會選這裡。
